This arrangement does not match the picture on your website. The arrangement looks so empty and ribbons look smaller. I'm not sure if it's the angle but definitely did not expect it to come out like this.

I put this order for delivery around 11:45am and the person on the phone told me that it was going to be deliver like 1 hour and half from the time I put on the order. Now I have the person still waiting for something that was supposed to be a surprise. Because almost 6 hours has pass and the person haven't received yet

I am not happy with this arrangement. It doesn't look at all like the picture I ordered it from. There should be very few greens and NO red flowers and the glass cube should be visible under the very neat arrangement. This above picture looks messy like someone stuck a bunch of things into a case haphazardly; lots of pointy greens sticking out everywhere. Is there even a cube vase under there? I'm so disappointed - this was not cheap but it looks like it was.

It doesn't look like the picture online at all . It has different flowers and a different vase. Very disappointing

I was very disappointed to get the photo of this arrangement that has a Valentine ribbon for a funeral. I specifically said that I did not want baby's breath as a filler. I hope this gets corrected.
